We are aware that some Hitachi devices are currently unable to access iPlayer. Affected devices are showing an error message of '02050 - Something went wrong loading this programme.'

We believe this is affecting models from 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

We are working with the manufacturer to assist them with this issue and will update this page when we know more. 

In the meantime, BBC iPlayer is available on the website, the mobile/tablet app and it may be possible to access it on other devices attached to your TV, for example a Chromecast, or Freeview, Virgin or Sky boxes. For more information on this, have a look here: Getting started on a TV.
